Delectable Dangling Carrots

Even the mere MENTION of a possible option makes me happy.  I love how Paullina throws a little chum our way and watches the feeding frenzy. :)

  1. Well, you know I'll definitely be watching a movie if one is created but a big part of me wants to keep Shura in my imagination. I'm conflicted.

  2. I know. I totally know. But I can't help wanting to see him on the big screen. Or the little screen. I voted for the series. Although it's been bugging me all day. Maybe TBH SHOULD be films instead of a series. An entire season of Leningrad during WWII could be very hard to watch, you know?

  3. I'm conflicted too! All that talk over on DG's facebook page about casting is driving me crazy. There are so many different opinions out there, there is no way everyone could be happy. I think TBH could be done in a nice movie thought, rather than a miniseries. It would have a great cliffhanger ending if they made it into a sequal!

  4. Oh, I just know that someone will recommend Taylor Swift as Tatiana and I might have to barf. (Like that, Jennifer J?)

  6. I think I will be avoiding anything to do with TBH that is televised or made for the big screen. For some reason this is one book that I do not want to have made into a series/movie. I am in agreement with Hildy. I want to keep them just for me and what I imagine when I see the two of them together and/or alone. That is 'my' little heaven! ;)

Oh, and Taylor Swift? So help me...

  7. I really think the only way they can cast this is to use unknown actors. They can find a closer fit for each character if they don't feel compelled to use big names. I hope they would do a miniseries rather than a movie, so less of the story would (hopefully) get lost.
