  1. I wish I could buy this book. Cannot find it for purchase anywhere.

Also, I have been looking for The Bridge to Holy Cross. Can't find it in paper format or for my kindle. Do you have any sources? Have you found this book anywhere? It was published in 2003.

    Thanks,
    Theresa

    1. Wasn't The Bridge to Holy Cross the original title for Tatiana and Alexander? Maybe you can find the kindle copy if you search for Tatiana and Alexander instead. I got it for my Nook but it was called Tatiana and Alexander. HTH!

  2. I don't think very many were printed, so it's REALLY hard to find. If you do an online search you'll find some copies, but they don't come cheap. I'm always on the lookout for a used copy at library book sales and used book stores, but no luck yet. I wonder if the publisher would reprint if enough of us sent emails??

  4. Hey T,

Good effing question!!!! PS writes this AMAZING bloody book AND YOU CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE. I wish I could speak with her publishers. Like WHAT is wrong with ya? You DON'T want to sell PS's books...............and make money? What in the world?

Anyway, calming breath. Deep, Calming Breath.........

Ok. So I bought my TTable from Abebooks.com. It's a bookstore downunder. How cool is it to get a book from Australia????????????????????????? Sooooooooo cool. I got the helpful hint from DG (Diana Gabaldon. You have read the Outlander series, right?). She mentioned in her blog how this is one of her top choices when she wants a book she can't find ANYWHERE. I paid $55. Money well spent. Trust me. There are lovely, heartbreaking stories with each recipe (most of which kick some serious butt. Her pot roast? It will make you weep. Seriously. I apologized to my family for 13yrs. of bad pot roasts.) I'm including the link here:

    Hope this helps!

  5. ps.

I also bought The Bridge to Holy Cross from Abebooks. I haven't read it yet, sorry.

I bought a couple of her Det.Spencer books from them as well. (Red Leaves, A Girl In Times Square)

I've had good luck, and awesome customer service from them.

Hope everything works out for you, too!

  6. All good advice, ladies! JJ - you are a plethora of good book-finding knowledge! I am impressed!

PS - It's that time of year. I'm going to whip out my TT and make some of the recipes this week.

  7. I was just about to come on here and recommend checking out Abebooks but JJ best me to it. They do have TT and TBTHC. I think when OS was on her recent book tour she had TT in her pile of books. I think they may have reprinted some for her your. I checked today and Abebooks has both and the prices are not crazy but I'm not sure about shipping.

JJ!!! You have not read TBTHC? Babe. There is extra Shura in there. I'm shocked! I read that version first. It was titled Tatiana and Alexander but it was the extended version which is the same as TBTHC. My library had it. When I bought T and A at Chapters it was the shorter version.
